Everything under one roof: In founding the Facit “House of Research”, the Serviceplan Group has united the main research disciplines of the future under one roof at the Munich site. Four specialised areas of research come together in the new Facit House of Research: Facit Research, Facit Media Research, Facit Digital and Facit Business Intelligence. Facit provides innovative and customised market research services. Integrated research concepts can be developed thanks to the networking of the various disciplines.

Munich, September 15th 2016 — The Facit Group, which was founded in 1984, is the Serviceplan Group's autonomous and independent institution for strategic market research and consulting. The Facit Group, which consists of an 80-man team of experts from science, technology and practice, is now working under one roof in the House of Research in Munich. There, clients benefit from a combination of complementary research-based disciplines under the motto "Building Best Value". It starts with understanding future consumer behaviour, the effects of the media and brand touch points and the digital experience, and ends with creating transparency in relation to the complex approach of consumer choices using technical and strategic solutions from the business intelligence unit.

Barbara Evans, Managing Director of Facit research and spokeswoman for the Facit House of Research: “There aren’t many companies that can offer this form of integrated research and thus provide companies with high quality and in-depth research in combination with strategic recommendations for action. We see ourselves more as research consultants of a manufactory that focuses on the individual research concept, analysis and findings.” The spokeswoman describes the integration in the Serviceplan Group as follows: “The implementation of international research projects wasn’t a problem for Facit agencies either – particularly because we have Serviceplan Group sites in in 31 countries worldwide.”

The Facit Group, which was founded in 1984, is an autonomous and independent institution for strategic market research and consulting. The foundation of the Facit House of Research will unite the main research disciplines of the future under one roof. The 80-strong team of experts from science, technology, and the practical world work in an interdisciplinary context and can therefore provide innovative solutions. Whether the matter at hand is a very focused topic or an integrated issue networked via the marketing chain doesn’t matter. The project volume is in the high single-digit million euro range. Clients include Sky, AOK, Lufthansa, LEGO, Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte and Deutsche Telekom.
